Meeting/Event Information
- MONTHLY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
One of the greatest benefits of being a part of MPI Pittsburgh are the twelve (12) monthly educational programs it offers to members and guests. Each and every monthly program is specifically geared to help advance each attendee's career, not just within the hospitality industry, but also within many different businesses.
Monthly programs are usually held the last Wednesday of each month from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and offer one, but often more, topic expert(s). On occasion, times and dates will be altered so be sure to check the calendar of events regularly. In addition, besides outstanding education, most monthly programs offer an opportunity to network with many other colleagues within the Pittsburgh hospitality industry as well as see and experience many different venues throughout our region.

SPECIAL EVENTS
MPI Pittsburgh has put the "F" back into education - Fun! Throughout the year, the chapter offers various special events - some social and some a combination fun and education. Examples would be where an MPI member wants to showcase their venue or wares and invites MPI members to a social experience. Many of the chapter's "Fun" events, such as the Golf Outing and Christmas Party, also offer an educational component to the event such as an excellent topic expert or a "how to" session.
